As a young, homegrown brand whose primary focus is to enable livelihood within artisan and unorganized craft sectors, we do not offer refunds due to sizing or styling concerns. We will rectify the size as per the required measurements.

In an event of a product return due to damage or defect from our side, our policies are quite easy-breezy. Kindly ensure the tag is intact with the original invoice and we trust the product has not been worn or used by anyone. Kindly courier the piece back to us at the address provided below within 5 days. Once we have received the piece at our facility, we will run a quality check before we issue a refund/credit note.

For damages/fabric defects at the time of receipt – you will be eligible for a refund for the value of the product. If the product reaches our above-mentioned address later than 10 days, we will deduct the GST of 12% as per government rules.
For sizing issues – you are allowed to exchange for another product OR choose to alter the current style at no extra cost OR accept a credit note for the value of the product. There will be no refund in case of a size mismatch.
For International Returns: If it’s not what you had in mind while ordering, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com do not process refunds for international orders.
